Job Description

  1. Assist in the recruitment of staff, including the placement of advertisements, contacting candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checking, etc. as well as selection procedure
  2. Organize staff induction programs
  3. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  4. Maintaining current HR files and databases
  5. Submit regular reports on Human Resources issues, initiatives, and activities;
  6. Carry out necessary filing and documentation
  7. Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  8. Assist in coordinating meetings, manage communication boards and other forums
  9. Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
