The position
We are looking for a full time full stack developer to work from our Kathmandu office and lead our development team to building large software projects.
Skills you will need to succeed
- Knowledge with an object-oriented programming language in PHP.
- Knowledge and experience on working with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX
- Working knowledge of XML/ JSON and using 3rd party API’s
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application and APIs
- Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Excellent Experience Developing Scalable Apps on PHP frameworks
- Expert Knowledge on Laravel Framework
- Knowledge of framework such as Phalcon/CakePHP/Zend/Yii etc will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of CMS such as WordPress/Shopify etc will be an added advantage
- Proficient understanding of GIT
- Excellent experience working on Agile Development Methodology
- Knowledge in Scrum and Jira
- Expertise in Code Deployment and Source version control using Bit Bucket or GIT based software version control
- Experience on AWS or Cloud Based Deployment ( preferred)
- Nice to have experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) / Integration of Backend Systems
- Discipline to document own code and create documents for project
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
- Fluent in the English Language
