-Responsible for overall administration of the corporate office.
-Coordinate with the managing director to plan and manage his schedule and accordingly maintain/update their calendar.
-Prioritize and schedule meetings/conferences/visit.
-Manage the inbound and outbound correspondence through email, letter, phone calls, agreements etc by ensuring appropriate responses and action are taken.
-Indirect client facing role for understanding their requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
-Manage soft service & associated service like travels to guest house, hotel and alternative plan manage cost and efficiency. .
-Verification and scrutiny of all invoices related to the sites & head office
-Coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufactures, retailers.
-Responsible for tracking all manpower contracts and agreements for all the site, timely renewal & extension.
-Responsible for maintaining site management reports as well as their compliance.
